1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the STOCKHELP POS software, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the software. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and STOCKHELP.

2. License

STOCKHELP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the STOCKHELP POS software in accordance with the terms of your active license. The license is linked to your account and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without prior written authorization from STOCKHELP.

3. Authorized Use

The STOCKHELP POS software is intended exclusively for professional and commercial point-of-sale management use. You are authorized to install the software on workstations covered by your license, use it to manage your daily business operations, and create employee accounts according to your license plan.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to reverse-engineer the software's source code
  • Distribute, rent, lend, or transfer the software to third parties without authorization
  • Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Bypass the software's protection, licensing, or security mechanisms

5. Intellectual Property

The STOCKHELP POS software, including its source code, design, logos, documentation, and all associated content, is the exclusive property of STOCKHELP and is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through the use of the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

The STOCKHELP POS software is provided "as is". STOCKHELP does not guarantee that the software will be free of errors or interruptions. In no event shall STOCKHELP be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of business data or profits.

7. Termination

STOCKHELP reserves the right to terminate your license in the event of a violation of these terms of service. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software and delete all installed copies. The business data you have created remains your property and can be exported before termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to legal action.

9. Modifications to Terms

STOCKHELP reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the software after publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
